A freight marketplace with the paperwork attached

Agencies post the work they need placed, other agencies bid on it, and the job that is won carries through to the bill of lading and the invoice on the same record.

Entered once, read everywhere after that

Freight work is not short of software. It is short of software that agrees with itself — the rate quoted in an email, the figure on the bill of lading and the amount on the invoice are three copies of one number, kept in agreement by somebody remembering to. LogCrew removes the copies rather than synchronising them.

  • A lane typed on an inquiry is the lane on the document and on the invoice.
  • A figure that was bid is the figure that was awarded and the figure that is billed.
  • A reference is generated once and every downstream record cites it.
  • When two records disagree, that is a bug in the product, not a data-entry problem for the operator.

Hover or focus any document to see what the three of them share.

The reference and the lane are entered once, on the inquiry. The bill of lading and the invoice read them; nobody re-keys a port.

Who it is for

Two situations rather than two personas. The same account does both, and most agencies on the platform are in both positions in the same week.

The node on the left

You have won work on a lane you do not run

You need three comparable quotes by tomorrow morning, and the alternative is eleven separate emails and a spreadsheet reconciling replies that are not in the same shape. Post the shipment once, let it reach the agencies in the region, and read the bids in a table where rate and timeline line up.

The rows on the right

You have capacity on a corridor you do run

You want the work to arrive already described — origin, destination, region and timeline — instead of as a forwarded thread you have to interrogate. Declare the services and the region you cover, and inquiries on that corridor reach you with the details attached.

Getting in touch

One form, read by a person. Questions about the platform, your account, working together, or a data protection request all go through it — say which in the subject line and it is routed rather than queued.
