Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026 · LogCrew PVT LTD

Draft, pending legal review. This document was written against how the platform actually handles data, but it has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Treat it as a statement of intent rather than a final contract.

These terms are the agreement between you and LogCrew PVT LTD ("LogCrew"), registered at Office #35, 36, Mezzanine Floor, Silk Center, Pakistan, covering your use of the LogCrew platform.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.

One thing is worth stating before the detail: LogCrew is a marketplace and a record-keeping tool. We are not a freight forwarder, a carrier, a customs broker, an insurer or an escrow agent. We do not move cargo and we are not party to the contracts you form with other agencies through the platform.

1.What LogCrew provides

  • A directory in which freight agencies publish a profile describing their coverage and services.
  • A mechanism for publishing a freight inquiry and distributing it to agencies whose profile covers the relevant region.
  • A bidding and award workflow, moving a job through open, bidding, awarded and completed.
  • Tools for generating bills of lading, capturing proof of delivery, and raising and tracking invoices.
  • A subscription that determines which of the above your account can use.

2.Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and using the platform in the course of a business. LogCrew is not a consumer service.
  • Account details must be accurate and kept up to date. An agency profile that misdescribes your coverage wastes other users’ time and is grounds for suspension.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised — the device list in your settings is there for exactly this.
  • One person may hold one agency. Creating multiple agencies to circumvent plan limits is a breach of these terms.

3.Transactions between agencies

This section is the one most likely to matter if something goes wrong, so it is stated plainly.

When you accept a bid, or your bid is accepted, you form a contract directly with the other agency. LogCrew is not a party to it. We do not guarantee that any agency will perform, that cargo will arrive, that a rate quoted will be honoured, or that any party is solvent, licensed or insured.

  • Verification badges on a profile mean we checked the specific things described next to the badge. They are not a warranty of performance or creditworthiness.
  • Carrying out your own due diligence on a counterparty — licences, insurance, references, sanctions screening — remains your responsibility.
  • Disputes about cargo, rates, delay, damage or payment are between you and the other agency. We will provide the platform records we hold if you both ask, but we do not arbitrate.
  • We do not hold funds between agencies and we provide no payment guarantee, credit assurance, or cargo protection of any kind.

4.Your content and the documents you generate

  • You keep ownership of everything you enter — profiles, inquiries, bids, documents and files.
  • You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display that content strictly as needed to run the service for you, including sending your inquiry to the agencies you have asked us to reach.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on a document you generate. A bill of lading or invoice produced by LogCrew reflects what you entered. We do not verify, certify or legally validate it.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you have no right to share — including another party’s personal data you were not entitled to provide.

5.Trade compliance, sanctions and prohibited use

Freight is a regulated activity and this section is not boilerplate.

  • You must comply with all applicable export control, customs, sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws in every jurisdiction touching your shipment.
  • You must not use LogCrew to arrange the movement of goods prohibited under applicable law, or to transact with a sanctioned party, vessel or destination.
  • You must not use the platform to move goods you know or suspect to be misdeclared, counterfeit, stolen, or intended to circumvent trade controls.
  • You must not scrape the directory, harvest contact details, or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to other agencies.
  • You must not attempt to defeat access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with its operation.

6.Subscriptions, trials and payment

  • Plans, their prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page and are the authoritative statement of what you are buying.
  • A free trial, where offered, runs for the period stated at signup and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We do not pro-rate a partial period.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. Your data is not deleted during a suspension.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

7.Availability, and what we do not promise

We work to keep LogCrew available and correct, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent the law permits.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what your plan does, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel without penalty.

8.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, and because LogCrew is a tool rather than a party to your freight contracts:

  • We are not liable for loss of or damage to cargo, for delay, demurrage, detention or storage charges, for customs penalties, or for the acts or omissions of any agency you deal with.
  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability arising from or connected to these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

9.Suspension and termination

  • You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use presents a security or legal risk to us or to other users. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
  • On termination, your right to use the service ends. We retain records for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, including those we are legally required to keep.

10.Changes, governing law and how to reach us

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations we will give at least 30 days’ notice, and continuing to use the platform after it takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Questions about these terms go through the contact form on this site.
