Award to Sample Carrier CoAwarding does three things
- The inquiry moves from Bidding to Awarded.
- Sample Carrier Co is asked to accept or reject the award.
- It cannot be re-awarded. A job takes one award, and only from Bidding.
The one irreversible step in the lifecycle, so what it does is stated before it is taken rather than after. Awarding says what it will do
The confirmation names the agency, the rate and the timeline, states that it notifies the winner and closes the other bids, and says plainly that it cannot be undone.

Each send is one row carrying whatever the mail provider reported back. A retryable failure retries itself on a schedule; a hard bounce waits for a person, and shows that it is waiting.
How it works
